Obituary Frederick L. “Fred” Frank, age 74, of Ivan Ave., Riverside, died August 26, 2019 at RI Hospital with his loving family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Beverly A. (Feid) Frank. They were married for 53 years. Frederick was born in Providence, a son of the late Frederick L. Frank and Helen (Hallam) Frank.
