Mrs. Evelyn Kelly, 85, of Cameron, NC, passed away August 17th at her home. Services will be held at 3pm on Sunday August 18, 2019 at Rocky Fort Christian Church. Burial to follow in the church cemetery. She was born in Stanley County, N.C. to the late Joseph Lester Eudy and Verona Kiker Eudy. She was retired from Cornell Dubilier as a condenser tester. She was a member of Rocky Fort Christian Church and loved working in her yard. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, J. Frank Kelly; father, Joseph Lester Eudy; mother Verona Kiker Eudy; stepmother Aileen Danley Eudy; and brother J.L. “Bud” Eudy. She is survived by four daughters, Peggy Faulk (Ronnie), Deborah Baker, Brenda Boyd, all of Cameron and Carol O’Quinn (Eddie) of Sanford; four brothers, Sherrill, Royce, Billy Joe, and Bobby Eudy all of Florida; four sisters, Patricia Rowe and Carlene Holland of Florida, Jane Meggs of Oakboro, N.C. and Jean Barrlet of Georgia; five grandchildren, Paula Peters (Ed), Travis Harper, Dale Simmons (Nikki), Jamie Harper, Frank Boyd (Jennifer); and five great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held at Rocky Fort Christian Church before the service at 2pm on Sunday, August 18, 2019.
