Ernestine’s Obituary Ernestine (French) Williams (85), of Brunswick passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 31, 1933 to Ernest and Clara (Warmack) French of Paris, TN. She worked at Salant Shirt Factory in Paris, TN, Strong Cobb Pharmaceutical Co. in Cleveland and later worked for Discount Drug Mart in accounts payables in Brunswick and Westlake. She loved her big vegetable and flower gardens. She canned and froze many, many things for her family and shared many of her fresh vegetables with friends. She is a member of Grace Baptist Church in Brunswick, before that she was a long-time member of Parma Baptist Church and Point Pleasant Baptist Church in TN. She and her husband loved going to the National Quartet Convention in Louisville, KY held every September for a week and they enjoyed going to Branson, MO and other places like “Singing In The Sun” at Myrtle Beach for five days for southern gospel music. Southern gospel music was her “music”, it’s The Gospel and it’s good news too. She was preceded in death by her brother Lewis J “Bud” French and his wife 0llie. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, William Earl, whom she married on April 17, 1954, her sister Reba Boothe, three children: James Dale (Elizabeth) Williams, Wanda Gail (Mark) Kuhn, Dennis G. (Michael) Williams. Five grandchildren: Kevin, Rebecca and Adam Williams, Kerry Williams, Zachary Kuhn and two great grandchildren Bayleigh and Brylee Williams. She had a special love for her husband, sister, children and those five grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a deceased daughter-in-law Paula (Svitaysky) Williams. Family will receive friends Sunday, August 11, 2019, from 2-6PM at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 3300 Center Rd., Brunswick, Ohio 44212. Funeral Service will be Monday, August 12, 2019 at 11AM at Grace Baptist Church, 3480 Laurel Rd., Brunswick, Oh 44212, with visitation one hour prior.
