Eric William Theroux, 37, was called home. Born February 17, 1982, son of Darlene D. (Bigda) Theroux and Stephen G. Theroux, he was a lifelong Chicopee resident. Eric attended Chicopee Comprehensive High School and worked locally as a construction tradesman. A kind-hearted man, Eric had a devotion to animals, was funny, and loved by many. He strongly supported and benefitted from Hope for Holyoke, a recovery support center which is a part of the Gandara recovery network. Eric is survived by his mother, Darlene D. Theroux of Chicopee, and his father, Stephen G. Theroux of FL; cherished children, Kaydence and Caleb; loving siblings, Allison R. Theroux of Chicopee, and Adam W. Theroux of Dorchester; caring aunts, Dolores R. Arcott and husband James of Chicopee, and Pamela J. Villemaire of FL; many cousins; and mother of his beloved children, Lyndsey Theroux of Chicopee. Calling hours are Wednesday from 4-7PM at Life Point Church, 603 New Ludlow Rd., Chicopee, with a service at 6:30PM. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to Hope for Holyoke, 100 Suffolk St., Holyoke, MA 01040.
