Saiz passed away peacefully at home on August 3, 2019 surrounded by his family after a long battle with cancer. He was born November 17, 1934 to Vicenta Lucero and Domingo Saiz. He married Mary Villalpando in 1955. They joined St. Anne Catholic Church in 1956. He was an active member at St. Anne and served the Lord in different ministries and wherever he was needed. He was involved in building the Lord’s Diner and volunteered to serve the homeless. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Mary, four children, nine grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren: Son, James Michael of Wichita; Daughter, Anna Pincumbe of Atlanta, Georgia, children, Matthew (Mary) (Liam and Landon) of Maumee, Ohio, Christen (Brantley) (William and Quinlan) of Atlanta, Georgia, and Timothy (Diana) (Samara) Pincumbe of Dallas, Texas; Son, Paul of Shawnee, children, Megan (Chente) (Ivan and Adan) Ibarra of Wichita, Michelle (Kyle) (Kyle, Jr., Kolton and Karter) McTaggart; and Daughter, Louise (Ron) Cody, children, Amanda (Nathan) (Henry) Brenner of Wellington, Brendan Cody of Derby, and Tanner (Chelsey) (Zelie) Cody of Dallas, Texas. He was a man of great faith, a loving husband, father and grandfather who served the Lord and his family with humility and love. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Anne Catholic Church or Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, Wichita.
