Edward Backer, 82, of Mandan, passed away August 28, 2019 at Missouri Slope Lutheran Care Center. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at Weigel Funeral Home, Mandan, ND. Burial will be at Mandan Union Cemetery. Further arrangements are pending.
