Dolores’ Obituary Johnson, Dolores A. Milan, MI Age 88, passed away peacefully Sunday, August 11, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 30, 1931 in Detroit, MI, the daughter of Norval and Sarah (Stevenson) Dye Sr. She was a member of Christ Temple Holiness Church in Inkster, MI and subsequently attended Campbell-Bryant Chapel A.M.E., Whittaker, MI. Dolores retired from the USPS in Detroit. She is lovingly survived by: her children, Anita McGruder of Ypsilanti, Sharon (Thomas) Askin of Pontiac, Kenneth L. Johnson of Milan, Debra Johnson of Las Vegas, Keith Johnson Sr. of Detroit and Karl (Samone) Johnson Sr. of Milan; twenty grandchildren; and twenty great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Clarence in 2014, son Clarence D. Johnson and brother Norval Dye Jr. Visitation will be 6-9 pm Friday, August 16, 2019 at Stark Funeral Service. The funeral service will be 11 am Saturday, August 17, 2019 at Christ Temple Holiness Church, 27035 Colgate Street, Inkster where the family hour will begin at 10 am.
