David Wayne Lake, age 63 passed away in Wellston, MI. on July 25, 2019. David was born in Battle Creek, MI on September 19, 1956 to Bill and Wilma Lake where he attended Pennfield Schools. In April of 1985, he then met and married the love of his life Stephanie. They spent many of their years traveling together for their business Pets By Design. David is survived by his sons Brian (Mandy) Foxx and Josh (Molly) Foxx, grandson Mason Foxx, and niece Jessica Kleinman. He also was survived by his good friend Bobbie Boggio, and very special friend, Randy (Big Dog) Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Stephanie, and brothers Robert (Bob) Lake, and Mike Lake. Dave had several hobbies that he enjoyed. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved Nascar and especially enjoyed his favorite driver Kyle Bush. Dave also enjoyed riding motorcycles and had a passion for Rock and Roll. Please join us for David’s Celebration of Life. It will be held at Fraternal Order of Eagles at 19757 Capital Ave NE; Battle Creek, MI. 49017 on September 20th, 2019 from 6 PM to 9 PM.
