David E. Griswold, 64, of Clinton, died August 26, 2019, in his residence. He was born September 9, 1954, in Terre Haute. He was a US Army Veteran and was a member of the American Legion Post #140. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Helen Griswold. He is survived by two step-sons, Lee and Rebecca Deverick of Clinton and Duane and V.J. Deverick of Sullivan; and one sister, Diane Thompson of Indianapolis. Memorial Services will be Wednesday, September 4, at 2:00 PM, at Frist Funeral Home, with Scott Coombes officiating. Military honors will be performed. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.fristfuneralhome.com.
