Cindy Lowe November 16, 1963 – August 27, 2019 Cindy Maxine Lowe, 55, of Hardy, Arkansas, passed away August 27, 2019. She was born November 16, 1963, in Wynne, Arkansas, to William and Bonnie Haynes Hill, who preceded her in death. Cindy worked as an EMT in the healthcare industry. Her hobbies included sewing and quilting. Survivors are her husband, Charles Lowe; daughter, Bonnie Allisa Lorene Lowe; sons, Timothy Ray (Shannon Glenn) Crosby and Gregory Allen (Keri) Lowe; nine grandchildren; and many other relatives and good friends. Memorial services will be at a later date. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland, Arkansas.
