Obituary Charlie “Chad” Campbell, age 68, of Hazard, KY passed away on August 30, 2019 at the Hazard ARH. He was the son of the late Sam Campbell and the late Betsy Bush Campbell. He is also preceded in death by a host of siblings. He leave surviving two sisters: Mary Jane Miller of London, KY & Stella Hurt (Raymond) of Lower Second Creek, KY; three brothers: Frank Campbell of Grapevine, KY, David Campbell (Sandra) of Morehead, KY & Danny Campbell (Carolyn) of Ohio; special great niece: Whitney Baker along with a host of nieces, nephew, family & friends A Celebration of Life Service will be at 6PM Sept. 06, 2019 at the Gospel Light Baptist Church with Rev.
