Chuck was a lifelong resident of Carneys Point, New Jersey. He passed away suddenly on June 1st after a long illness. He retired early at Mannington Mills, where he worked for many years, to take care of his ailing parents. Chuck was a true outdoorsman. In his early years, he loved hunting, fishing, and trapping snapper turtles. In his later years, he enjoyed his garden and his friendships with friends and neighbors. Chuck loved music. He was pre-deceased by his sister Karen Lee and his parents Charles J. and Lorraine Flanegan Pennington. He is survived by his sisters: Diana Sinigaglio, Sharon Pennington, Leslie Wiest, and Jackie Eddis, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Services were private.
