Obituary Charles “Chuck” Fischer Jr., 80, residing in Sandusky, passed away Wednesday morning, August 14, 2019 at Firelands Regional Medical Center. Chuck was born on March 25, 1939 in New York, NY to the late Charles and Stella Fischer Sr. Chuck graduated from Lincoln High School in Cleveland.
