Charleena A. Jackson, 61, passed away at home in Lebanon, Indiana on Monday, July 22, 2019. She was born in Jasper, Indiana on March 31, 1958, a daughter of the late Oliver and Barbara (Carnes) Gillium. She grew up in southern Indiana where she attended Bedford High School. On August 5, 1989, she married Joseph L. Jackson; he survives. Charleena was an x-ray technician over thirty years for Witham Memorial Hospital, St. Vincent Hospital and St. Francis Hospital in Greenwood. She was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Lebanon, where she enjoyed serving at church functions and activities. Charleena also enjoyed drawing, reading, cooking and being with her grandchildren. Survivors include: Daughters: Tierney Jackson and companion, Justin Shipley of Lebanon Lacey Jackson and companion, Scott Leath of Lebanon Sons: Charles Sears of Lebanon James Jackson of Lebanon Grandchildren: Neveah Shipley of Lebanon Joseph Leath of Lebanon Nick Leath of Lebanon Maddox Shipley of Lebanon Brothers: John (Joellen) Peters of Bedford William Gillium of Bedford Sister: Barbara Datchler of Bedford In addition to her parents, Charleena was preceded in death by a sister, Virginia Luttrell.
