Billie was born in Arkansas on July 7, 1934 to Joel H. and Hazel Frisby. Billie had many careers during her lifetime. After college she became a RN nurse. To help her husband’s electrical business she read the electrical code book and passed the test for her license in one try. She was always happy talking about God’s wonderful blessings. She met the love of her life, Morris Allen and they were married for 50 years. Both of them loved traveling together across the country. In college, she was a spelunker and would explore uncharted caves. She was always adventurous. Billie would take her daughters to museums, musicals, stores, movies, restaurants and Disney World. She always wanted to see what was new in town. She would tell you about her old radio comedy shows she listened to each night. Her motto was “I need a laugh each day”.
