Bernard John Orcutt, age, 81, of Port St. Lucie, FL, passed away surrounded by family on July 28, 2019. Born November 24, 1937 to Charles E. Orcutt and Cecilia Orcutt in Rutland, Vermont, he relocated to Florida in 2001. Bernard was a Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy, proudly serving over 20 years as a cryptological technician. He also took much joy in working with the Brandon Training School for the disabled. In Florida he worked with the developmentally impaired at the Cape Coral Special Populations Facility. Bernard was an avid outdoors-man, amateur radio enthusiast and woodworker. Bernard is preceded in death by his son Michael. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Patricia; children, Charles and Joanne; grandchildren, Shawn and Jessica; great grandchildren, Trinity, Harmony and Destiny; and his sister Pamela Orcutt.
