Mr. Allen Wayne Fain went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 28, 2019 at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill. The memorial service will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31, 2019, at Riverview Presbyterian Church in Fort Mill, with the Rev. Allen Wolfe officiating. The family will receive friends at 11:30 a.m. at Riverview Presbyterian Church. A.W. was born on June 11, 1948 to Charlie Thomas and Maggie Hogan Fain in Saluda, S.C. He was an engineer and worked with Duke Power for 35 years. After retirement, A.W. transported cars for area dealerships for over 10 years. He was a member of Riverview Presbyterian Church. Surviving are his wife of 53 years, Shirley Ann Rosier Fain; his daughter, Lisa Campbell of Rock Hill; his son, Dustin Fain and wife, Paige, of Fort Mill and grandchildren, Amelia, Bryson, Ann Preston, Wyatt, Peyton, and Harrison. He was preceded in death by four brothers and five sisters. The family would like to thank Hospice and Community Care of Rock Hill for their care. Memorials may be made to Riverview Presbyterian Church, 214 North Sutton Road, Fort Mill, SC 29708.
