Adalyn Grace Thoele, two month old daughter of Eric and Katie (Moelenhoff) Thoele of Plymouth, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2019 at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Wauwatosa. Adalyn was born on June 16, 2019 at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center. Adalyn is survived by her parents; her brother, Braxton; her sister, Ainsley; her maternal grandparents, Connie and Joe Moelenhoff of Wildwood, Missouri; her paternal grandparents, Mary and Tom Thoele of St. Charles Missouri and her paternal great grandmother, Virginia Thoele of St. Charles, Missouri. Aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives further survive. A Memorial Mass for Adalyn will be celebrated at 10 AM, Monday, August 26 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Plymouth with Rev. Philip Reifenberg as celebrant. Family and friends may gather at the church, 115 Plymouth St. on Monday from 9 AM until the time of Mass. In preference to flowers memorials in Adalyn’s name may be directed to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern Wisconsin, NICU of Aurora Sinai Medical Center or the NICU of Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. Alternately, donations made to the family will be used to purchase children’s books for new patients of the NICUs listed above
