Obituary William Randolph Harrelson, 96, died June 1, 2019. Randolph was a husband and father who loved spending his time gardening, hunting, and fishing. He was a talented craftsman that left his mark on many landmarks throughout Virginia. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Ruby Harrelson of North Carolina. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 73 years and the love of his life, Athal Harrelson; one daughter; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, along with extended family and friends. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday June 6, 2019, at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd., Norfolk, VA 23502.
