William’s Obituary William Joseph Raines, Jr., age 61, of Newport, passed away Monday, June 24, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents Jack and Hassa Lee Raines. He is survived by his faithful loving companion, Sharon Shults, of Newport; daughter, Becky (Shawn) Chiasson of Newport; sister, Annie Lee Daniels, of Jefferson City; grandchildren, Bryson and Carlie Chiasson, of Newport; nephew, Joey (Shannon) Morgan, of Pioneer, TN; uncle, Buck Raines, of Dandridge; aunt, Bertie Loveday of Morristown.
