William Alexander King, 70, of Fort Payne, passed away Monday, June 24, 2019. He was born on September 9, 1948 to the late Johnny and Magnolia King. He attended Valley Church. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. Gabriel Carson and Bro. Antony Patterson officiating. Burial will follow in Adamsburg Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4 until 8 p.m. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Patricia King; children, Marlena Kerr and husband, Gary, Marcha Hamilton and husband, Nathan, and Joseph King; extended daughter, Lori Jelks; grandchildren, Alexis, Breana, and Isaiah Reese and Jordan and Grayson Kerr; brother, Ray King; and sisters, Patsy Southern and Peggy Sue Hudgins.
