William A. Doner, age 64, of Council Bluffs, formerly of Lincoln, Nebraska, passed away peacefully at this home on June 25, 2019. Bill was born November 27, 1954 in Council Bluffs to the late Daryl D. and Donna Marie (Marr) Doner. He graduated from St. Albert High School in 1973. Bill was a diesel mechanic for the Burlington Northern Railroad in Lincoln for 40 years. He retired in 2015 and after the death of his wife Carol in 2016 he moved back to Council Bluffs.
