Thelma Ann Clark, 90, of East Point, GA died peacefully at her Jefferson Park home Thursday, June 27, 2019. She was born Thelma Ann Cheek, August 14, 1928 to Jiles and Mary Francis Cheek and was preceded in death by ten brothers and sisters. She was married to Raymond Clark in 1946 and remained a devoted wife until his death in 1981. She is survived by two sons, Johnny Ray Clark of East Point; Gary Lee Clark (Beverly) of Williamson, GA, and a daughter, Elaine Cargle (Mel) of East Point. Also surviving, a sister-in-law, Margie Cheek of Columbus, GA, four grandsons, Johnny Clark, Jr., Gary Clark, Jr., Jason Clark, Michael Potts, and granddaughter, Anna Cunningham (Michael) of McDonough, GA. A family service is planned with inurnment at Holly Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Salvation Army, give.salvationarmyusa.org/give/164006/#!/donation/checkout.
