Mr. Steve Hendricks, age 53, of Thomaston, died Monday, June 24, 2019 at his residence. Mr. Hendricks was born on August 9, 1965 in Houston TX, to Louie Frank Hendricks and Peggy Saunders Cilano. He worked for T-Mobile for ten years. Mr. Hendricks served his country in the US Navy during the Gulf War and was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Michelle Hendricks of Thomaston, GA; father, Frank (Myra) Hendricks of Buena Vista, GA; mother, Peggy (Jim) Cilano of Edmondson, OK; son, Austin Hendricks of Thomaston, GA; daughters, Kayla and Briana Hendricks of Thomaston, GA; step-brother, Andy Catrett of Box Springs GA; sisters, Amy McKean of Highland Springs, CO, and Dana (Joe) Cordova of Albuquerque, NM; step-sister, Wendy (Marvin) Cook of Box Springs GA; as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. from Mountain View Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Buena Vista Cemetery in Buena Vista, GA; with U.S. Navy Honors. The family will receive friends on June 26, 2019 at Coggins Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Families Feeding Families/Mountain View Baptist Church, 2569 Jeff Davis Road, Thomaston GA 30286. Coggins Funeral Home of Thomaston, GA, is in charge of these arrangements.
