Survivors include her husband, Stephen Lee, three step-sons, Matthew Lee, John Lee, Joshua Lee; four sons, Jon Hay, William Bates, James Culhaun, Stephen Culhaun; daughter, Destine Bates and mother, Gail Ann Hay. She was preceded in death by her father, James Darrell Hay. The Lee family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home to direct the funeral services.
