Shelby’s Obituary Shelby Jeanette Siler (Echols), age 81, of Middlesboro, KY, was called home on June 5, 2019 at Central Baptist in Lexington, KY. She was born June 15, 1937, daughter of the late Clarence (Red) Echols and Tina Hall Echols of Elizabethton, TN. She was a member of Binghamtown Baptist Church and was employed at Middlesboro ARH for 20 years. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved her family dearly. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, James Echols and Bobby Echols. She is survived by the following members of her family: Sons, Johnny Siler Jr. of Tazewell, TN and David Siler of Middlesboro, KY; Step-Daughter, Barbra Ann Siler (Dennis) England of Lawrenceburg, KY; Sister, Norma Echols (Burt) Rich of Fayetteville, TN; Grandchildren, Christina Siler (Richard Mills), Brooke Siler (Ralph Vanover), Sydney Siler, all of Middlesboro, KY, and Johnna Siler of Tazewell, TN; Great Grandchildren, Jackson Newman, London Dean, Kennedy Mills and Zayne Vanover; Special friend, Phyllis Maggard; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 9, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cheek and Siler Cemetery on Highway 119 in Pineville, KY, with the Rev. Burt Rich officiating.
