Shane Victoria Bowen, age 34, of Hodges, SC, departed this life on Sunday, May 26, 2019. Born on May 10, 1985, she was the daughter of Charles L. Bowen of New Castle, DE and Shelby Ann Woodring Plows of Newark, DE and lived in Delaware and Pennsylvania until moving to NC and SC, most recently in 2018. Shane was employed by the Woodcrest Bank located within the Walmart in Greenwood, SC. Previously, she was a “Flooring Specialist” at the Home Depot, a Walgreen’s Associate, Customer Service Representative at Discover and a Health Care Worker at a Nursing Home – all in the Newark/Wilmington Delaware area. She was well-liked by her co-workers, who said she was energetic and willing to help-out whatever the situation. She enjoyed playing board games, cards, Tri-Ominos; and attending the Swanson Family Reunion (on her mother’s side) – a week-long event that has had a 60 year run in Clearfield, Co., PA. But, foremost in her life were her 4 girls, Fayth Leigh (17) and Kayla Rose (14) Eisiminger, Emma Lillian (9) and Elayna Denise (6 weeks) Murray. She is also survived by her parents, Charles L. Bowen and Shelby Ann Woodring Plows; her adoring step-father, Kirk D. Plows; grandparents, Richard and Kendra of Middletown, DE, Allene Plows of Newark DE; half brother, James Alexander Cameron; 2 half sisters, Amanda and Danielle Bowen; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 22, 2019, 2pm at Grace and Truth Baptist Church, 201 S. Brownleaf Rd., Newark, DE 19713, where friends may visit with the family from 1pm to 2pm.
