Sarah A. Lizak, 26, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, June 13, 2019. Born in Springfield on Saturday, September 19, 1992, the favorite daughter of Anne and Paul Lizak. She is the sister of Daniel Lizak of Austin TX and Robert Lizak of Ludlow and mother of Ella Santiago of Wilbraham. Sarah also leaves a large extended family and friends who miss her greatly. Sarah lived and attended schools in East Longmeadow and Ludlow and worked in convenience stores and restaurants in the area. Most recently Sarah resided in Pittsfield MA. The visiting hours will be held at Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services, 15 Ludlow Ave., Springfield on Wednesday, June 19, from 4:00 to 7:00PM. Gathering at the funeral home on Thursday, June 20 at 9:00AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Christ the King Church, 41 Warsaw Ave., Ludlow at 11:00AM. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
