Rosella Theresa (Reine) Nemer, 92, of Evansville, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at her home. Rosella was born February 28, 1927 in Evansville, IN to the late Henry and Theresa (Koressel) Reine. She was a homemaker and a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church. Surviving Rosella are her husband of 72 years, Willard “Bill” Nemer; four daughters, Cindy Ann Nemer, Cherie Annette (Jerry) Burgdorf, Cathy Marie (John) Dawson and Christie Louise Nemer; one son, Keith Allen Nemer; brother, William Joseph Reine; grandchildren, Jared Burgdorf, Jocelyn Brown, Kenneth Burgdorf, Kara Nemer, Chelsea Nemer-Dorris and Caitlyn Nemer and thirteen great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Rosella was preceded in death by two granddaughters, Lara Burgdorf-Russell and Jessica Burgdorf, ten brothers and sisters. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Rev. David Nunning and Rev. Tyler Tenbarge officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 2:00 until 7:00 PM on Monday at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street and from 9:30 AM until service time on Tuesday at Corpus Christi Church.
