Obituary Cumberland, MD – Robert Garland Klingler, 94, of Cumberland, MD, passed away Monday, June 17, 2019, at his home. Born November 22, 1924, in Lima, OH, Mr. Klingler was the son of the late Wilbur G. Klingler and Ruth M. (Akron) Klingler.
