Richard Lawrence Capen Jr. was born in Los Angeles, CA, on March 31, 1954, to Richard Lawrence Capen Sr., and Dorothy Pearl (Kennedy) Capen. Richard came from a long line of truck drivers and continued the family tradition. He married his love, Susie Capen, November 30, 1985, in Fontana, CA, and together were blessed with almost 34 years of marriage. He was a loving and devoted father and grandfather, and great-grandfather. He loved nothing more than giving his children rides in the 18-wheeler, and later on, his grandchildren. Richard enjoyed classic cars, and his Harley. He loved spending time with family and friends, and especially his fur-babies. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Dorothy; brother, Davie Capen; and sister, Donna Brannen. Richard is survived by his loving wife, Susie; brothers, Dennis Capen and wife, Alice of Shad, Cove, OR, and Jimmy Capen and wife, Pat, of Fontana, CA; special friend, Fred Voytek; daughters, Amy Ferguson, of Rancho Cucamonga, CA, Vanessa Smith, of Mt. Pleasant, TX, Ashley Oliver, and husband, MacRay, of Hugo, OK, and Reanna Capen, and fiancé, Brad Gibson, of Texarkana, AR; grandchildren, Anisa, Angel, Aniah, Ritchard, Kayla, Jarrett, Savanah, Sophie, Cass, Skylar, Daniela, Nyelan, and Maddox; great-grandchildren, Damion and Lalo; nieces, Margie, Tina C., Virginia and Tina B.
