Richard D. “Rick” Sheehy, 59, died Sunday, June 23, 2019 at Mercy St. Charles Hospital. He was born October 16, 1959 in Oregon. Rick was a 1977 graduate of Cardinal Stritch High School. He enjoyed music, reading, news and sports, especially Notre Dame. Rick was a very kind hearted and compassionate man who always had a smile to offer. He was a friend to all. Rick is survived by his significant other, Yvonne Brownfield; children, Kristen (Paige), Meghan and Richard; siblings, James (Melinda) Sheehy, Diane (Gerry) Krueger and Joni Miller (Bill Haas); granddaughter, Parker; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends, including special friend, Mark Demecs. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Janet (Materni) Sheehy. Freck Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
