Raquel Arroyo, 66, of Akron, Indiana passed at 10:15 am, Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at her residence. She was born on Sept. 6, 1952 in Mexico to Amelio Arroyo and Maria Rodriges. She was married in 1972 in Mexico to Ruben Arroyo, he survives. Occupation: Raquel was a homemaker. She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church of Rochester. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. Survivors and place of residence: Husband –Ruben Arroyo Sr. – Akron, Ind. Son –Ruben Arroyo and wife Rosa Gallardo – Akron, Ind.
