Mason City- Phillip Ray Luehmann, 65, of Mason City, died Sunday (June 23, 2019) at his home in Mason City. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Phillip Ray Luehmann was born on August 25, 1953 to Raymond and Beth (Adams) Luehmann in Mason City. He graduated from Mason City High School in 1972 before enlisting in the United States Navy. He was honorably discharged in 1975. He worked for Winnebago Industries for a number of years before working for a janitorial service at the Southbridge Mall.
