Patsy Ray Rogers, 81, of Mokane, Missouri, passed away Sunday June 9, 2019. She was born April 17, 1938 in Fulton, Missouri the daughter of Richard (Ray) Taylor and Orlue Smart Taylor. She was the oldest of their five children. In 1955, she was united in marriage to Buddy Joe Rogers, together they had eight children: Desra, Gwen, Kenny, Bryan, Ryan, Danny, Mark and Erin.
