Easton: Patricia Dorothy (Vanagas) Buckler died on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at Talbot Hospice House. She was 80. Patricia was born on February 13, 1939 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Anthony and Violet (MacKenzie) Vanagas. She was a graduate of Northwestern High School in Hyattsville, Maryland. Patricia was a stay at home mom and raised her four children. After raising her children, she worked at Kiplinger Publishing until her retirement. Patricia is survived by her children: Debbie Hubbard (Jeff), Mike Buckler (Jaclyn) and Chuck Buckler; grandchildren: Charlie, Carleigh and Jacob Buckler, and Travis and Gracie Vollmerhausen; and her beloved pet, Princess. In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her daughter, Wendy Buckler Holmes and brother, George Vanagas. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 11AM at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church 1210 S. Washington St. Easton, MD 21601. Friends may call one hour prior to services. Burial will be at 2:30PM at Old Trinity Cemetery in Church Creek, Maryland.
