Nancy Margaret Bowser, a resident of Wicksburg, died Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at Flowers Hospital. She was 76. Memorial Services will be held at 5 PM, Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Harvest Church with Pastor David Beaty officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church. Nancy was born February 10, 1943 in Queens, New York to the late William Frederick and Ethel Budd Miller. Growing up on the Easternshore of Maryland, she enjoyed watching the Skipjack races in the Chesapeake Bay. She was a Medical Technician by trade and was a member of TDI, Therapy Dog International. Nancy attended Harvest Church and enjoyed artwork, vegetable gardening, history, horses, and dobermans. She also loved to share the love of Jesus with others. Nancy is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Larry Allen Bowser; and a brother, William “Bill” Miller. Survivors include her daughter, Katherine Bowser; sister, Wynne Simmons (Charles); nephews, Eric Simmons (Bridgette), Stacey Simmons (De’Anna), William and James Miller; great niece and nephews, Katie Bennett (Matt), Jared Simmons, Caleb Simmons, Matthew Simmons, and Victoria Simmons.
