She was born in Victoria Texas on July 3 1964 to Westley Garner and Ruby Carroll Garner. She worked as a custodian supervisor for Destin Commons until ill health forced her retirement. Nancy enjoyed hunting and the outdoors. Nothing was more important as her family she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her Faith in Jesus Christ sustained her as she bravely fought cancer, She fought the good fight. She finished the race. She kept the faith. She was preceded in death by Father, Westley Garner; mother Ruby Lee Carroll Garner; step father; James Davis. She is survived by her husband Jerry Thompson, daughters, Felicia Russell and Tiffany Martinize, sons, Bryan Davis, Eric Russell, Gage, Garrett and Case Thompson. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren. She loved being their Maw Maw. Funeral services for Nancy Louise Russell will be 3PM Thursday June 20, 2019 at Evans Funeral Home .
