-Clyo- Mrs. Myra Gwen Utley, 61, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 27, 2019, at Ogeechee Area Hospice. Myra was born in Savannah, Georgia on December 17, 1957 to Garland and Gwinell DeLoach. She enjoyed spending time gardening, canning tomatoes, watching soap operas, shopping and listening to Christian music. Being involved in her church, Elam Egypt Baptist Church, brought some of the greatest joy to her life. Myra was also a lover of animals and plants. Survivors include: her loving husband of 37 years, Jeff Utley; son, Chris Utley of Clyo; brothers, Gerald DeLoach of Springfield and Dennis DeLoach of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren, Jake, Paige and Cade; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Elam Egypt Baptist Church on Monday, July 1, 2019, at 10AM with funeral services to follow at 11AM. Burial will be held in the Foy Cemetery.
