Michael Andrew Chamberlin, age 73, of Gainesville, GA, passed away Sunday, June 9, 2019. Michael was born in Lancaster, CA on June 27,1945. He loved ballroom dancing and was a professional dancer in his first career, he was also a machinist in his second career. He loved jazz music and once was the lead singer and rhythm guitarist for a jazz band called “The Owls” out of Memphis TN. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed. He is survived by his son Blaise Chamberlin; brothers Tim Chamberlin and Joe Chamberlin, sisters Anne Barber Shams, Mary Moffett, and Lisa O’Sullivan. Two grandchildren Eliana Chamberlin and Gatlin Chamberlin. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for 3:00 PM Friday, June 14, 2019 at Hillside Chapel Funeral Home in Gainesville Ga. The family will receive friends at Hillside Chapel Funeral Home in Gainesville, Ga. from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM on Friday, June 14, 2019.
