Pee Wee was born in Panama City, FL, and had resided in Flomaton most of his life. He was a welder by trade, and was of the Christian faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin B. “Tad”, and Elizabeth “Liz” Bell, and brother, James “Big Ed” Anderson. He is survived by his daughter, Amanda (Joey) Blackburn of Brewton, AL; son, Alan (Nicole) Bell of Pensacola, FL; sisters, Gayle (Allen) Green of York, AL, and Dianne (Billy) Watson of Century, FL; brother, Larry Bell of Crestview, FL; five grandchildren, Nathan, Savannah, Luke, Sarah Blackburn, Baby Bell on the way; niece, Allison (Daniel) Blazich; nephew, Zack Watson. Memorial services will be held at Flomaton Funeral Hone Chapel Saturday, May 4, 2019 from 5 until 7 P.M. His ashes will be buried at Rock Hill Cemetery by his family on Sunday, May 5, 2019.
