Marcia L. Palmer June 21, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook Marcia L. Palmer, age 66, of Hilliard, OH, passed away at home on Friday, June 21, 2019. Born in Canton, OH to the late Marilyn and Arthur Schneider, Marcia was a graduate of Westerville High School. She attended Ohio University and attained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Marshall University. For 27 years, Marcia was the Fiscal and Personnel Director for The Ohio State University, College of Human Ecology. She is survived by her husband Kevin L. Palmer, her daughter and son-in-law Lauren E. & David Probst of Parkland, FL, her step-sons Nicolas Palmer and Nathan Palmer of Hilliard, OH, her adored grandson Matthew Stephen Probst, siblings Steve (Marge) Schneider of Brewster, NY, Suzanne (Jeffrey) Meyers of Ponca City, OK, Dan (Susan) Schneider of Powell, OH and Amy (Rich) Sidoroff of Lakewood, CO and their families, mother-in-law and father-in-law Patricia & Roger Palmer of Westerville, OH, brothers-in-law Steve (Dawn) Palmer of Sunbury, OH and Troy Palmer of Zephyrhills, FL, and their families, and Marcia’s many, many friends. Family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00p.m. SATURDAY, JUNE 29, 2019 at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, OH 43026 (614)-876-1722 where her Memorial Service will follow the visitation hours and begin at 4:00p.m. SATURDAY.
