Malcolm’s Obituary Malcolm Edward “Eddie” Smith, Jr., 55, died at his Myrtle Beach home Tuesday, June 4, 2019. Born October 1, 1963 in Florence, he was a son of Brenda (Gleaton) Colville and the late Malcolm E. Smith, Sr. Eddie attended USC Extension, Myrtle Beach. He had owned and operated several night clubs in Myrtle Beach. He was devoted to his Mother and to his Step-Father, the late Roderick Colville, his God-Son, Jason Drake and Jason’s Daughter, Ava. Eddie loved people and had many life-long friends. A memorial service will be held Thursday, June 13, 2019 at St John’s Church, 252 S Dargan St, Florence, SC 29506 at 2:00 PM. Read More
