Louise McCook Toccoa, Georgia Mrs. Louise Collier McCook, age 90 of Deer Ridge Court, Eastanollee passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at her residence. A daughter of the late Fred D. and Lettye Coe Collier, she was born November 3, 1928 in Toccoa, Georgia on Doyle Street, having lived in Toccoa during the depression.
