Savannah, Laurie Edgar (Eddie) Seckinger, age 63, passed away June 16, 2019 at Riverview Health and Rehabilitation Center in Savannah after suffering a long illness. He enjoyed, Nascar, Horses, Hunting and spending time with his faithful companion Bear. He was a trucker working in and out of the ports and over the road most of his life, until his illness forced him to retire early. He was a member of the Springfield Unit of the National Guard for a number of years. He is survived by his daughter, Amanda (Jon) Braswell, Jacksonville Fl., his mother, Ruth A Seckinger, a sister, Carol S. Pigg, both of Rincon and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be held, Thursday June 27 2019, 11:00 a.m. at Rincon First Baptist Church. Burial will be private. Remembrances may be made to Rincon First Baptist Church, 201 East 6th Street, Rincon, Ga. 31326. Low Country Cremation and Burial is serving the Seckinger Family.
