Mrs. Laura Walker, 56, of Murray, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at her home. Laura was born on February 20, 1963 in Lexington, KY to the late Jerry and Wanda Benson Brown. She was self employed as a landscape designer. She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Walker of Murray; a son, Derek Walker (Grace) of Nashville; a daughter, Taylor Walker of Nashville; a brother, Keith Brown of Cadiz; a sister, Teresa Oakley (James) of Murray and three grandchildren, Laney Walker, Anais Gray Walker and Cullen Yeates Walker. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Murray State Arboretum. Imes Funeral Home & Crematory, downtown Murray is in charge of arrangements.
