Kathleen J. “Kathy” Boyce (nee Hogate), 67, lifelong resident, of Deepwater, passed away at home on Monday, June 10th, 2019. Kathy was born in Mannington on October 5th 1951. Kathy was a lunch aide at Valley Park School for the last several years and absolutely enjoyed helping and taking care of the students. She loved camping and being outside or watching her grandsons race quarter midget race cars. She loved her family very much and loved being with them. Anyone Kathy spoke to or helped, she touched their lives and made a huge impact on them. Kathy is predeceased by her parents, Richard “Dickie” and Mary (Ecret) Hogate. She is survived by her loving, lifelong husband Leroy Boyce, her sister Edna Mae Hitchner, her two sons whom she loved more than life itself, Richard Lee, 48, and James Joseph “JJ”, 43, both of Pennsville. Kathy is also survived by her 3 grandsons, her granddaughter, nieces, nephews and cousins.
