June’s Obituary JUNE M. RUNGE, 73, of Walsh, Illinois, passed away at 3:27 am, Thursday, June 6, 2019 at her residence. She was born to the late Norman and Marie (nee Korando) Poenitske on August 13, 1945 in Chester, Illinois. June married Roger Runge on March 17, 1962 in Chester, Illinois; he survives. She had worked as the head librarian at Central Public Library in Walsh, Illinois for 22 years. June always loved to be surrounded by her family and friends. June was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Ellis Grove.
