Obituary Joseph C. Sanders, 69, long time De Pere resident, died on Sunday, June 16, 2019 in the arms of his loving wife and with his family by his side. Joe was born September 15, 1949, the eighth of nine children, to Charles and Gwen Sanders. Joe Served honorably in the United States Army from 1969 to 1971 as a computer operator at Ft.
