Obituary JOSEPH M. BRINSKO, JR., 67 of Weirton, WV passed away Thursday June 20, 2019 at UPMC Montefiore, Pittsburgh, PA. He was born February 16, 1952 in Steubenville, OH, the son of the late Joseph M. Brinsko, Sr. and Sophie Pacholek Brinsko. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Deborah McKitrick Brinsko on May 27, 2004. Joseph was a previous member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church.
